How it works

From foggy to dialed in, in three steps.

No waiting rooms. No "have you tried sleeping more?" No appointment six weeks out. You answer a few questions, a licensed clinician reviews your full picture, and, where it's right for you, your protocol ships to your door. Here's exactly what happens, and what many women experience along the way.

01

Tell us where it dropped

What you do: Answer a focused assessment built around energy, sleep, mood, focus, and cycle changes, not just hot flashes. Honest answers matter more than perfect ones.

What we do: Route your responses to a licensed clinician and flag anything that needs a closer look before treatment.

How long: About 3 minutes. Free, with no commitment to continue.

02

Meet a clinician who gets it

What you do: Confirm your history, complete any recommended bloodwork, and connect with your clinician online by message or video, no waiting room.

What we do: A provider who actually treats menopause reviews your full picture, answers your questions, and decides whether HRT is appropriate for you.

How long: Most reviews complete within a few business days of your intake.

03

Get your protocol

What you do: Start your prescription as directed and check in as your body responds. Refills and adjustments happen online.

What we do: Prescribe estradiol and progesterone, matched to your history and backed by bloodwork, ship it to your door, and work to dial in your dose over time.

How long: Ships within days of approval. Ongoing care continues for as long as it's working for you.

02 / What to expect after you start

It builds.
Then it holds.

Week 1

Settling in

You start your protocol and learn the routine. Some women notice early shifts in sleep; others feel little at first, and both are normal. This week is about getting started and tracking how you feel.

Weeks 2–6

When the fog can start to lift

For many women, sleep and mood shift first. Some report fewer 3am wake-ups and a steadier baseline, though timing varies from person to person. You'll check in with your clinician so we can fine-tune your protocol.

Weeks 6–12

Finding your stride

As your dose is fine-tuned, many women find that energy and focus can build. We adjust based on how you respond and, where relevant, follow-up labs, working toward what feels like you again.

You're never on your own between steps. Adjustments are part of the plan.

04 / Straight talk

When HRT isn't the answer.

We'd rather tell you the truth than sell you a subscription. Hormone therapy can be powerful and, for the right person, genuinely life-changing, but it isn't right for everyone. Here's where we draw the line.

Not included

What we don't cover

Lab draws in some states, in-person exams, imaging, and care for conditions outside menopause. If you need something beyond our scope, we'll tell you and point you toward the right care.

May not be a fit

When a clinician may decline

A history of certain cancers, blood clots, liver disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or pregnancy can make HRT inappropriate. Your clinician reviews your full history before prescribing anything.

No pressure

If it's a no, it's a no

The assessment is free, and there's no pressure to start. If HRT isn't recommended for you, we'll tell you honestly and, where we can, point you toward better options. No hard sell, no upsells.

05 / Process questions, answered
Do I need to see someone in person?+

No. Your intake, clinician review, and ongoing care all happen online, by secure message or video. The only thing that might require a visit is bloodwork, and that's done at a local lab near you.

Is bloodwork required?+

In most cases, yes. Labs help your clinician personalize your protocol and establish a baseline to adjust against. We'll guide you to a lab near you, and your clinician will explain exactly which tests matter and why.

How long until I start treatment?+

The assessment takes about 3 minutes. Clinician review typically completes within a few business days of your intake and any required labs, and approved prescriptions ship within days after that.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. There's no long-term contract, so you can pause or stop your care whenever you choose. We'd just always recommend talking to your clinician first about tapering safely rather than stopping HRT abruptly.

What if HRT isn't recommended for me?+

The assessment is free and there's no pressure to start. If a clinician decides HRT isn't appropriate for you, they'll tell you honestly and, where possible, point you toward better options. You're never pushed into treatment that isn't right for you.
